I think there are some interoperability issues - maybe they are able to work it on their laptops but not phones etc. This is proving to be really difficult for them lately (my dad has been having some health issues that are compounding the problem) to the extent that they have just stopped watching Netflix on one of their TVs because they don't know how to login to it. They use Dashlane, which I have no familiarity with at all, and it sounds like a nightmare - I guess they manually retrieve a password every time they need it. My parents are getting older and are having trouble logging into stuff.
