Proton Mail does not work with Safari’s Private Browsing because it disables certain browser technologies we require. This is the default mode on some devices. If you’re using Apple’s Safari browswer, make sure it’s not set to Private Browsing (new window). You can submit a bug report here (new window). If this works, please file a bug report with us describing your password manager and computer so that we can make them work with Proton Mail. If you are using a password manager, please try disabling it for Proton Mail and manually enter the password. Not all password managers (new window) support our service, especially if you are in two-password mode.
